Question: "How are you feeling, Bob?"
Answer: "Not sure.
I had my second teaching class today at 4:15 and guess who didn't show up? The students. Zero. Nadie. 0 of 9. What do you know? It must be Friday afternoon. The observer and I went over the lesson plan and called it a day. I told him: "There are a lot of serious problems in the world and this isn't one of them." I'm waiting for Lynn to finish her class and we'll find a nice place for dinner. That should calm my tummy down a bit, anyway. Guadalajara is famous for its restaurants but I've been saving "the dining experience" for special occasions...LIKE FRIDAY NIGHT.....! Have a great weekend and get out the skis. I hear that there's a storm on the way.
The question is: "What's happening, Bob?" Answer: I taught my first class today and it was so much fun. I just decided that I was going to relax and enjoy this process. What the heck? I had Jr. High kids, and they were so friendly and respectful. They told us in training that teachers in Mexico are second only to parents in terms of role models, even more than doctors! Huh. Anyway, I'm tired. One more teaching assignment tomorrow and...weekend. However, I need to write an essay for first thing Monday morning. Can anybody out there write an essay??
